So we have been in Bangkok for about 5 days now, we have done a lot of walking. We met some local punks on the streets the other day listening to The Mad Caddies and selling Bad Religion T-shirts and shoes, they said they were putting on a show with 11 odd punk/ska bands and we might be able to get us on the bill. Today we took a ferry down the river and went to a one of the more tourist areas near Khosarn Road.

I noticed that down the road there was three or so venues all with backline (guitars, amps, drums, cymbals ect) we tried to give one of the venues a CD but we got kicked out by one of the waitress saying “no it’s closed come back later”. So now our first gig is officially booked we are playing on the 26th of October at a place called The Rock Pub with a local rock/funk band called Over Me. Tonight we are hitting the Pub to watch some local Thai bands and meet the owner. Anyway will keep everyone posted if anything else interesting happens. Cool later everyone.

PS: Thai fact of the day drinking is aloud in public and beer is sold at all convient stores, let's just say we have been taking full advantage of this. Another Thai fact a lot of Thai beer is very strong like 6.4 percent. Hooray for Thai beer!
